Covid-19

This is a time of fear for many. We are worried about ourselves and our neighbours, food supplies and health. Those of us who are over 60 and/or in some other way afraid we might be described as having “underlying health issues” are worried that we may be at risk. On those few occasions that we go out we worry about unwittingly giving someone the infection or catching it from them.

The instruction “Don’t worry” would be useless but let us offer our worried to God and and trust that he protects the peoples of this world though a very difficult time.

Christopher Elson
Vicar of Ripley
